/owner/repo/file_template[?parm]
The file_template can contain the following variables.
{version_tag}
Used to replace the part that is the same as the Releases Tag.{version}
Used to replace the part that starting with a number. Such as the tag is v1.1.0, but only 1.1.0 in the filename.
